DESCRIPTION:Our friends at Rodef Shalom will be hosting a special Havdalah this weekend and gathering for Israel. Gesher will have representatives in attendance and we would love to see you there. For more information please see the note from Rodef below: \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nHavdalah Gathering for Israel – Sat\, Oct. 21 @ 7:30 PM \n \nIn collaboration with partner synagogues and other local Jewish organizations\, Temple Rodef Shalom will host a Havdalah Gathering for Israel. We hope you will join us as we come together for strength\, solidarity\, and a service to welcome a new week. \n \nWe will begin with a Havdalah Service in our sanctuary with singing and remembrances to promote healing and resilience. Dean Bagdadi\, JCC-JAFI Shaliach (Israeli Emissary) will speak. After our service\, we will gather for light refreshments. Attendees will have an opportunity to meet with Jewish organizations who are leading humanitarian efforts on the ground in Israel and internationally. \n \nAll are welcome.
